This article demonstrates how you can CANCEL/REFUND the ORDER.



1. Login into your FEARTICKET Admin Account.


  Event Dashboard (LEFT SIDE OF PAGE)>Manage Attendees>Orders



>Search the Order you want to CANCEL/REFUND by its Order number/Name of customer/Order Date and select Selling point, Order status.

> Search


The details of the order will appear on the screen.

You need to Click on CANCELLATION/REFUNDS



Click on

1. Cancel the entire order and issue a full refund.

2. Cancel some tickets or issue a partial refund.


1. Click on cancel entire order and issue a full refund for canceling/refunding of entire order


CANCEL ONLY:- To cancel the entire order without issuing a refund.

REFUND ONLY:- To refund the order without canceling the order. 

CANCEL & REFUND:- To cancel and refund the order.



2. Click on Cancel some tickets or issue a partial refund for issuing a partial refund on order.


CANCEL ONLY:- To cancel the entire order without issuing a refund.

REFUND ONLY:- To refund the order without canceling the order. 

CANCEL & REFUND:- To cancel and refund the order.


Mark the checkbox if you want to cancel the ticket with a refund. 


   Click on CANCEL & REFUND.


Mark the checkbox only and delete the refund price if you want to cancel the ticket without a refund.

  Click on CANCEL ONLY


You can manually enter the refund price if you want to.


Enter the partial refund amount and Click on REFUND ONLY.
