User with Admin Role can create additional system users like "Box-Office User" & "Check-in User" 


Box-Office User :

A dedicated user role who manage box-office ticket sell. Access right to login on FEARTICKET Organizer iOS App to sell tickets, view partial information as require. Other system area will be restricted which are not required to perform as Box-Office User.


Check-in User:

A dedicated user role who manage check-in using FEARTICKET Scanning App. Access right to login on "FEARTICKET Scanning / Organizer App to scan tickets at the venue based on the check-in settings. Other system area will be restricted which are not required to perform as Check-in User.

 


Only Admin user can create "Box-Office User" & "Check-in User" with below steps

- Click on “Users & Permissions” from “Settings” menu located on the top right header as shown in below image.

 


- On   "Create User" page enter an email ID and select role "Check-in" and click on "Send Invitation" button as shown in below image.




- An Invitation email will be sent on this email ID. An email receiver to complete the new user registration process as shown in below email.

-  User to click on "Make One" from email as shown in below image to authenticate.

- Once clicking on "make one" that will take to sign up page to enter an email ID & password to complete the sign up process.

- System successfully creates new "Check-in" user and that will be added to users list.

- You may create multiple "Check-in" users using an unique email ID to each.

- Check-in user can login on "Scanning App" using the same email ID and Password to scan the tickets.
