Crowd management allows you to manage the virtual queue, With the help of this feature, you can send SMS Text and email 5/10 Minutes (Customizable) before their timeslot.
- Click on “Alerts & Reminder” from the left side menu under the “Manage Attendees” section.
- On this page click on the “ADD NEW REMINDER RULE” button and a new window will open.
- It has several options to set a rule to send notifications.
- Once you set the rule, you can see in the list as well as seen below. It has options to Edit, Pause, and Delete the notification rule.
