The centralized Email Template Management module in FEARTICKET allows you to customize and manage various email communications sent to attendees and prospects.
Any modifications to an email template via his module will apply across all events within your account. However, you can override these templates on an event-by-event basis to include specific event-related information.
Note: Do not remove {{ }} tag OR do not edit text inside any {{ }} tags from the email templates.
How to Manage Email Templates
- Navigate to Settings (top right) > "Email Management" in your account settings.
- Select the email template you wish to customize.
- Modify the content as per your requirements.
- Save the changes to apply the customized template.
Here’s how you can effectively use this feature:
1. Order Email
The Order Email is automatically sent to attendees once they successfully place an order. It includes essential information and attaches their ticket. You can personalize this email by adding instructions, Do’s and Don’ts, or information on upgrading their order.
Note: This email will be auto-sent to your attendees.
2. Thank You Email
Sent to attendees 2 hours after their ticket is scanned, the Thank You Email expresses gratitude and can include details about upcoming events or special discount codes for their next visit.

3. Event Reschedule
Notify attendees about event rescheduling and allow them to select the next suitable schedule. Customize the email template to suit the specific rescheduled event.
Note: This will only save the content of the email template, to send the email for reschedule, simply navigate to "Manage Tickets > Reschedule & Cancel" in the left menu.
4. Event Cancellation
Inform attendees about event cancellations promptly. Customize the email template with appropriate details about the cancellation.

5. Event Cancellation & Refund
Send notifications regarding event cancellations and refunds to attendees. Customize the email content accordingly.

6. Alerts & Reminder
Send gentle reminders to ticket buyers about upcoming event schedules to ensure they don’t miss out. Customize the reminder email as needed.

7. Waiting List Confirmation Email
This email template will be automatically sent to prospective ticket buyers who join the waiting list for sold-out events.
Note: This email will be auto-sent to your prospects who joined the waiting list.
8. Waiting List Notification Email
Automatically notify waiting list members when tickets become available for purchase. Encourage them to complete their purchase promptly.
Note: This email will be auto-sent to your prospects who joined the waiting list informing them that a ticket is available to purchase.
By effectively using the Email Template Management module, you can personalize attendee communications to enhance their event experience and engagement.
