Chargebacks can be a significant headache for event organizers, especially when they believe the dispute is unjustified. When it comes to Hytix Payments, a leading payment processing provider, understanding the chargeback process and knowing how to effectively fight against them can be crucial for event organizers. In this article, we will explore strategies that event organizers can employ to successfully fight chargebacks with Hytix Payments.
To submit the chargeback form, you can follow these steps in different 2 ways:
1. Through the Order:
- Go to the Order Detail Tab through the Order Tab.
- Find the "Manage Chargeback" Button on the left side at the bottom of the page and click on it.
Note: "Manage ChargeBack" is only visible if your order is completed by the
"Hytix Payments" Card payment method.
- This will open a form where you can fill out the chargeback details.
2. Through General Settings:
- Find the Setting Tab from the top right corner of the dashboard and click on it.
- Click on "Account & Billing" and then find the "Hytix payments" Tab and click on it.
- In the "Disputes" block, click on the "eye symbol" of the particular dispute to access the chargeback form and fill it out.
When initiating a chargeback through any of the available methods, you will be guided to a chargeback form. This form requires the submission of essential documents, which can be obtained from the FEARTICKET portal. Screenshots and comprehensive instructions are provided below for your assistance.
