In a case where a schedule needs to be canceled then this feature is useful just to cancel the schedule and send a cancellation notification email to those buyers who purchased tickets for the canceled time/date due to whatever the reason.


( Permanent cancellation to deal with refund process manually on request if applicable as ticket buyers do not have the flexibility to select new date and time)




Select Cancellation and click on Next.


Select the date and timeslot for which you want to Cancel your event and you can get a number of attendees and tickets of that timeslot. as shown in the below image.



Scroll to see the option Send Email Notification once the date and time slots are selected.
 

  • Select "Email to " options from >  "To all Attendees" or "Select Specific"  
  • Next, By-default an email template is already there if required you may edit the subject and message text the way you want to send an email to your ticket buyers.
    Please note: Do not remove {{ }} tag OR do not edit the text inside any {{ }} tags from below email body below.
  • Click on the 'Cancel and Email Attendees' button then you will see the message "Email sent successfully". 



The system is going to cancel some chosen time slots and will also send an email to the people who bought tickets for those slots to let them know about the cancellation.


Please note: The system will neither cancel the order nor issue any refund related to the same.
