The Bulk Refund and Cancellation feature is an exclusive functionality available to Hytix Payments users. This feature allows event organizers to efficiently cancel schedules and issue mass refunds to all attendees associated with the selected timeslot.
Performing Bulk Refund and Cancellation:
- Accessing the Feature:
- Navigate to Refund and Cancellation and click on Next to proceed.
- Navigate to Refund and Cancellation and click on Next to proceed.
- Selecting Date and Timeslot:
- Choose the specific date and timeslot for which you wish to initiate the bulk refund and cancellation for your event and you can get a number of attendees and tickets for that timeslot. as shown in the below image.

- Reviewing Orders:
- Scroll through the list of orders processed via Hytix Payment Gateway that will be included in the refund process once the date and timeslot are selected.
- Optionally, export the list of orders to Excel for further analysis.
- Sending Email Notifications:
- You have the option to send email notifications to affected ticket buyers. An email template is provided by default. You can edit the subject and message content as needed before sending.
- Note: Ensure not to modify any text within {{ }} tags in the email template.
- Initiating Refund and Cancellation:
- Click on the 'Refund & Cancel Tickets' button to proceed.
- You will receive a One Time Code on your admin email address and registered phone number for verification purposes.
- Verification and Confirmation:
- Enter the received One Time Code to verify your identity.
- Upon successful verification, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen confirming the bulk refund and cancellation process.
Important Notes:
- This feature is specifically designed for Hytix Payments users to streamline the process of cancelling schedules and issuing mass refunds.
- The QR Code of the cancelled and refunded tickets will be invalid.
- Ensure accuracy when selecting the date, and timeslot, and verifying the One Time Code to prevent unintended actions.
