The Customizable Calendar Widget lets you display your event dates directly on your own website, styled exactly the way you want. Buyers can see available dates, select one, and get redirected to your event page with the date pre-selected for ticket purchase.
Why Use the Calendar Widget?

Step 1 – Accessing and Customizing the Calendar Widget
You can personalize your widget so it matches your event’s style:
- In your organizer dashboard, go to Manage Events → Marketing → Calendar Widget.
- Scheduled dates will automatically display a ticket icon.
- Click Customize Calendar in the top-right corner.
- Theme: Switch between light or dark mode from “Choose Theme” box.
- Date Selection: Select the date either in bulk (days selection) or manually select from the left side calendar preview
- Colors: Change date backgrounds from “Choose Color” box to match your brand palette.
- Price Labels: Add short labels to display pricing information.
- Legends: Add a color-coded legend so buyers know what each date means.
- You can view the widget in desktop and mobile preview from the desktop and mobile icon.
- Click Save Changes to apply.
Step 2 – Adding the Widget to Your Website
Once your calendar looks the way you want:
- Click on the “View and Copy Link” button at the top.
- From the Widget Link section at the bottom of the page, copy the link using the Copy Link button or download the QR code for easy sharing.
- You can choose separate link for each month, if required. By default, its common for all months.
- Embed it into your website using an <iframe> tag.
How Buyers See It
When a visitor clicks on a date:
- They’ll be redirected to your event page with that date pre-selected.
- All available tickets for that date will be displayed, ready for purchase.
