Once your event is created, it's time to customize the event webpage to reflect your brand and attract ticket buyers. Here's how you can effortlessly design your event webpage:
- Accessing Template Design and choose Event Template Type:
- Navigate to Manage Events from the left side event menu and click on Template Design.
- Navigate to Manage Events from the left side event menu and click on Template Design.
- Default Template Overview:
- You'll see three different Event Template Types to start with. These vary in how ticket selection works:
Ticket List – When the ticket buyer clicks "Buy Ticket," a list of all available tickets appears with date and time options.
Calendar – Clicking "Buy Ticket" opens a calendar view. Buyers select a date, then tickets for that date are shown.
Classic – All event tickets are listed on the event landing page itself. Buyers can select date, time, and add tickets to the cart right there.
- Click Select on your preferred template to proceed or you can preview by hovering over the image.
- Once the template is selected, you will be able to see the screen divided into 2 parts:
- Left side – Preview of the template
Right side – Template editor with fields to customize Changes made on the right reflect in real-time on the preview (left).
- Left side – Preview of the template
- You'll see three different Event Template Types to start with. These vary in how ticket selection works:
- Editing Your Event Template (Basic Editor)
Event Title – Auto-filled from your event setup, but editable here if you want a different heading on the ticketing page.
Banner Image / Video
Upload a hero banner image or paste a YouTube/Vimeo URL. You can also apply an overlay color to improve title visibility.Banner Guidelines:
Size: 3000px (W) x 473px (H)
Safe Zone: Keep text within 1200px x 225px
Format: JPG or PNG, max 3MB
Avoid images with text to prevent cropping issues
Social Media – Add links to your social handles so ticket buyers can follow you.
Theme Color – Choose primary and secondary colors to match your website branding.
Event Description – Explain what your event is about, who the guests are, what the audience can expect, etc. You can even use AI text generation — type a few keywords and click “Generate Text”.
Image Gallery – Upload photos (e.g., past events or venue images). Rearrange images to set priority.
Additional Image – Upload a single image (like a warning, notice, or schedule). You can customize its title.
Video URL: You can add any YouTube/Vimeo URL of your event in this section.
FAQs – Add frequently asked questions and answers by clicking “Add Questions”.
Event Organizer – This section auto-fills from your Organization Info, but you can edit details like name, email, phone number, and website.
→ Update under Settings > Organization Info.Event Map – Customize or remove the map section title.
The functionalities like Upgrade Order and Gift Card will automatically appear once the features are enabled from the respective modules.
Top Bar Tools (Above Editor & Preview)
Device Preview – View how your page looks on Laptop, Tablet, or Mobile.
Theme Toggle – Switch between Light Mode and Dark Mode

To switch template type, click the Back Arrow before the screen preview toggle.
- Need More Flexibility? Use Advanced Template Editor
- Scroll to the bottom of the right-side form and click “Advanced Template Editor”.
- Note: Switching to the Advanced Editor and making changes there may not fully align with the Basic Editor. Proceed with caution.
- Advance Template Editor Features:
- Hover over any block to reveal options for edit, move, and delete.
- Customize each block to suit your needs and brand identity directly within the template.
- Customizing Hero Banner:
- Add your banner image, event title, and social media links by hovering over the hero banner and clicking the edit icon.
- Recommended banner image size: 3000px (W) x 473px (H) and Safe Zone: Keep text within 1200px x 225px with file size less than 3 MB in JPEG or PNG format.
- You can also keep a YouTube/Vimeo video as a top banner of your event ticketing webpage.
- By default, the system will display the uploaded image on all screens: Desktop, iPad, and Mobile.
- If you prefer to use different images for each screen, disable the "Apply to all screens" option. Then, select each screen individually from the top menu and upload the desired image.
- Use the right-side menu to modify the banner image position, its dimensions, and make other necessary tweaks.
- Enhancing Event Details:
- Edit the event description by hovering over the text block and clicking the edit icon. Once you click on the edit icon, a pop-up will open to modify the content.
- You can also change the font size, color, alignment, and HTML.
- With the Event Gallery module, you can showcase pictures of decor, venue, promotional material, sponsor logos, previous events highlights, etc.
- Now you can add the FAQs or the common instructions for attendees' convenience in your event webpage.
- You can apply the background image or color to your event webpage by clicking on the top left "Update Background" button.
9. Tool Box and Modules:
- You can explore the Tool Box on the left side for additional modules essential for an event webpage.
- Add modules by drag-and-drop, ensuring they align with the green dotted line indicating placement.
10. Top Menu Options:
- View how your webpage appears on different screens (mobile, iPad, desktop) using icons.
- Customize ticket display options (All Tickets and Calendar) under "Ticket Display".
- If you would like to change the ticket image that is shown in a circular frame, kindly navigate to the "Tickets & Add-ons" module and select "Additional settings" under each ticket.
- Browse and apply pre-designed templates via the "Browse Theme" button, previewing and saving your selections under "My Themes".
- Adjust the primary color scheme and toggle between dark and light themes using the top right toggle button.
- Preview templates using the eye icon and save your customized template once satisfied with the changes.
- Always click the save button to preserve changes and ensure the template meets your requirements.
- Continuously preview adjustments to achieve the desired event webpage design.
Your event webpage design is now ready! Make your event live and engage your audience seamlessly.
