Set Event Time Zone and Terms & Conditions

Event Time Zone:

The Event Time Zone must be set according to your event's location. An incorrect time zone may lead to operational issues, and the Box-Office app will run based on the selected event location time zone.

You can set different time zones for different events, depending on their location.


Why This Is Important:

The selected time zone controls:

  • Event start and end time display
  • Ticket sale timing
  • Box Office operations
  • Reports and transaction timestamps

If the wrong time zone is selected, customers may see incorrect event times.

How to set the Event Time Zone:

  1. From the main event menu, navigate to Manage Events > Event Info to access the event details.
  2. In the Event Details section, locate the Event Timezone drop-down menu.
  3. Select the correct time zone for your event location.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.
      



 

 

Terms & Conditions:


Each event requires its own set of Terms and Conditions. These should be entered for every event to ensure clarity and proper communication with your attendees.

How to Enter Terms & Conditions:

  1. Go to Manage Events > Content Management.
  2. Scroll down to find the Terms and Conditions text box at the bottom of the page.
  3. Enter your terms in the provided field.
  4. Once you’ve added your terms, click Save to save your changes.



Make sure to check the Event Privacy Settings.
