To Manage content in your event

Go to Manage Events > Content Management


The Manage Content Settings consist of the given below functions:

  1. Event Description
  2. Promotional/ Additional Information
  3. Terms & Condition
  4. Event Calendar Image
  5. Set Warning Message Image
  6. Thank you Page Content
  7. Thank you Email
  8. Paused Event Message
  9. Closed event Message



1. Event Description

You can set top content on your event page where to convey event details, provide related offerings, and offer comprehensive event information. 


It will look like this on your event page.


2. Promotional/ Additional Information

You can set promotional content on your event page where you can communicate specific messages regarding offers, no refund policy, and ticket validity clearly and concisely on your event platform. 


It will look like this on your event page.


3. Terms & Conditions

Your own terms and conditions should be entered for each event. Make sure to enable the checkbox below the the terms & condition text box.

4. Event Calendar Image

You can set a calendar image to highlight the dates of your events.


>Label your calendar by giving it a name, for example, we put "Calendar" as a label name for the calendar.

>Choose a calendar image 

> Under Active click on the green icon (save)



It will display on the Order Page of your event.



5. Set Warning Message Image

You can set the default Warning message or you can add your own.

 

 Warning Message helps your customers to alert them about any basis of your event. 

 Like it could be Health-related warning/ Age differences warning/ Risk perception warning message, etc.


It will display on the Order Page of your event.


6. Thank you Page Content

 You can show your valuable message to users when they successfully placed the order.


7. Thank you Email

You can send a thank you email to your attendees once their ticket is scanned. 


8. Paused Event Message

You can convey your message to users regarding all paused events. 


9. Closed event Message

You can convey your message to users regarding all paused events.
