What is Visual Ticket Grouping?


Visual Ticket Grouping allows you to organize different types of tickets under specific groups with color labels on your event’s ticketing page. This helps ticket buyers easily recognize and navigate your ticket offerings, leading to a smoother purchase experience.


How to Set Up Visual Ticket Groups


1- Navigate to:

    Tickets & Add-ons > Advanced Options > Visual Grouping.

 

2- A pop-up will appear where you can:

  • Enter the name of your ticket group.
  • Select a color for this group, which will be displayed on your ticketing page for clear visual separation.

3- Click “Save” to create your group.
 

4- Add tickets to your group:

  • Locate your existing tickets on the right side of each ticket row.
  • Drag and drop tickets under the newly created group.
  • Add as many tickets as needed, and create as many groups as you require to organize your event efficiently.


Collapse or Expand Groups by Default

You can choose how these groups appear to buyers on your event page:


  • Navigate to Event Settings > Visibility Settings > Collapse Visual Ticket Groups.
  • If checked, your ticket groups will appear collapsed by default, and customers can expand them as needed.
  • If unchecked, groups will appear expanded by default.


Important Note

Visual Ticket Grouping only affects the visibility and organization of tickets on the event’s ticketing page. It does not impact pricing, availability, or ticket functionality.
