When tickets are sold in-person at the box office, you can still capture the ticket buyer details using the FEARTICKET Organizer App. This feature simplifies the collection of customer information during box office transactions.


Adding Buyer Details

After completing payment for sold tickets at the box office, you will see an option on the Order Success Thank You page to “Add Buyer Details”.

 

  1. Accessing the Form
    • Click on “Add Buyer Details” to open a pop-up screen containing fields for First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.
    • Any details entered into this form will be associated with the specific order.

  2. Managing Buyer Information
    • To view buyer details, navigate to “Manage Attendees > Orders” in the FEARTICKET Admin portal.
    • Buyer information can also be accessed through Customer Management in the FEARTICKET Admin portal. Navigate to “Settings (top right) > Customer Management”.
