Adding Upsell Items

The Upsell Functionality allows event organizers to offer additional items along with ticket purchases, helping to increase revenue. These can include Add-ons, Products, or even additional Tickets.

Navigating to Upsell Items

To access and manage upsell items:

• Go to Manage Tickets in your dashboard.
• Click on Upsell Items from the menu. This will open a screen displaying a list of all available tickets for your event.

Adding Upsell Items for a Specific Ticket

1. Select the Ticket: Click on the ticket for which you want to add upsell items.
2. Edit Upsell Options: A window will appear next to the selected ticket name. It will have the following tabs:
   • Add-On: Items/ services related to the event.
   • Product: Merchandise products available for purchase.
   • Tickets: Additional tickets that the buyer may want to purchase (e.g., VIP, group passes).
     
     
3. Select Items: For each tab, check the box next to the items you wish to upsell.
4. Customize Details: After selecting the items, you can edit the title and description. These details will appear in the upsell pop-up when the ticket buyer adds a ticket to their cart.
   
5. Save Changes: After entering the details, click on Add Upsell to save the changes.

Adding Upsell Items for Multiple Tickets

If you'd like to apply upsell items to all tickets at once, you can do so:

• Click on the “Upsell Items in Bulk” link located in the bottom left corner of the screen.
• Select Tickets: A list of tickets will appear. You can select the tickets for which you’d like to add upsell items. Note: Only tickets that have a schedule assigned will be selectable.
• Select Items: Once the tickets are selected, the window will open on the side for choosing upsell items.
• Add Details & Save: As with individual tickets, you can edit the title and description for each item. Once you're done, click Save to apply the upsell options.

The ticket buyers will be able to see the items you added for upsell, once the ticket is added to the cart.

Important Notes:

• Scheduled Tickets Only: Only tickets with an assigned schedule can be selected for upsell in bulk.
• Review & Save: Always ensure that you save your changes after modifying any upsell details to avoid losing your updates.
