Link Products to Tickets (Like Add-ons)

Modified on Thu, May 8 at 3:02 AM

You can now link merchandise products directly to individual tickets, just like add-ons. It will give the event organizers more flexibility to offer specific items during the ticket purchase process.

When to Use This?

If you’ve added multiple products (like T-shirts, Parking, Snacks, etc.) to your event and want certain ones to be highlighted with specific tickets, this feature is for you.

How to Link Products to Tickets

  1. Make sure you have already created products under the "Products" module and added to the required event.
  2. Go to “Tickets & Add-ons” in your event setup.
  3. Under each ticket, open “Additional Settings.”
  4. You’ll see a list of all the products you’ve added to the event via the “Products” section, along with any variants.
  5. Tick the products (and variants) you want to offer with that specific ticket.

By default, the product price will match what you set during creation, but you can update the price for each ticket, if needed.

What Does the Buyer See?

  • During checkout, all products linked to a ticket will appear below the ticket description, just like an add-on.
  • Buyers can select the quantity of the product they want, which is independent of the ticket quantity.

Example Use Case

Want to sell T-shirts or Parking with VIP tickets? Link the T-shirt/ Parking product to the VIP ticket and adjust the price if needed.

Notes

  • You can link multiple products to a ticket.
  • Product pricing can be customized per ticket.
  • This doesn’t affect how products are listed under the main “Products” tab, they’re still available there as standalone items if needed.
