How to Navigate to Account & Billing
- Log in to your FEARTICKET account as an Event Organizer
- From the top navigation bar, click on Settings ⚙️
- A dropdown menu will appear with the following options:
- Click on Account & Billing
- You will land on the Account & Billing page with two sections: Billing Plan and Invoices
What is Account & Billing Used For?
The Account & Billing section in FEARTICKET is your central hub for managing all financial aspects of your organizer account. Use it to:
- Monitor your billing plan - View your current pricing, online ticketing fees, and box office charges
- Track payouts - Check your payout history, amounts, and deposit timelines through Hytix Payment
- Manage invoices - Review paid and unpaid invoices, download statements, and filter billing records
- Complete compliance - Submit required tax forms (W-9 or W-8BEN) to enable payouts to your account

Billing Plan
What is FEARTICKET's pricing model?
FEARTICKET offers a simple, transparent pricing structure with no contracts and no hidden fees:

You only pay $0.50 per ticket sold online. Box office sales are completely free.
Are there any setup fees or monthly charges?
No. FEARTICKET does not charge any setup fees, monthly subscription fees, or hidden charges. You are only billed per online ticket sold.
Can I keep the booking fees charged to buyers?
Yes! You keep the booking fees collected from your ticket buyers. FEARTICKET only deducts its per-ticket processing fee.
Where can I review my billing history?
From the Account & Billing page, click View More under the Billing Plan section. There you can:
- Review your previous and current billing cycles
- See a breakdown of online fees, box office fees, and card processing charges
- View ticketing fees corresponding to each cycle
Hytix Payment (Payouts)
How does FEARTICKET process payouts?
FEARTICKET uses Hytix as its payment processing partner. Your ticket revenue is collected and deposited directly to your merchant account on a regular payout schedule.
When will I receive my payout?
Payouts are typically released and deposited within 1-2 business days. For example, a payout released on February 25 would be deposited by February 26.
How can I view my payout details?
In the Hytix Payment section of Account & Billing, you can see:
- Last Payout Amount - the most recent amount deposited
- Payout Date - when the payout was released and deposited
Click View More to access full monthly statements including:
- Gross sales
- Fees
- Refunds
- Disputes
- Net payout amount
Can I export my payout data?
Yes. From the Hytix Payment section, you can export payout data for your records. You may also update your merchant account details when prompted.
What should I do if my payout looks incorrect?
Review your monthly statement under the Hytix Payment section for a detailed breakdown (gross, fees, refunds, disputes, net). If the discrepancy persists, contact FEARTICKET support.
Invoices
Where can I view my invoices?
Navigate to Account & Billing > Invoices and click View More. From there you can:
- View all invoices (total, paid, and unpaid)
- Check your last paid invoice
- Filter statement reports by invoice date or payment status
- Download invoices or statements with a clear debit-credit breakdown
How do I know if I have unpaid invoices?
The Invoices section shows a quick summary at a glance:
- Total Invoices - total number of invoices generated
- Paid - number of invoices successfully paid
- Unpaid - any outstanding invoices requiring payment
If Unpaid = 0, your account is fully up to date.
What is the Pending Invoice Amount?
The Pending Invoice Amount reflects charges that have been accrued but not yet invoiced for the current billing period. Once the billing cycle closes, this amount will appear as a formal invoice.
What date range does my current pending invoice cover?
The pending invoice date range is displayed in the Invoices section (e.g., 03/03/2025 - 03/15/2026). This represents your active billing period.
Compliance
Why do I need to complete compliance documentation?
Compliance documentation is required to enable payouts to your account. FEARTICKET must verify your tax identity before releasing funds to ensure regulatory compliance.
What compliance forms are required?
The required form depends on your location:

How do I submit my compliance form?
- Go to Account & Billing > Compliance
- Select the appropriate form based on your location and entity type
- Download the form
- Fill it out, sign it, and upload it as a PDF or clear image
- FEARTICKET will review your submission and notify you if any updates are needed
How long does compliance review take?
FEARTICKET will review your submitted form and notify you via email once it is approved or if any corrections are needed. Processing times may vary.
What happens if I don't submit my compliance form?
Payouts will remain on hold until your compliance documentation is reviewed and approved. We strongly recommend completing this step as early as possible to avoid delays in receiving your revenue.
Where can I check my compliance status?
In the Compliance section of Account & Billing, you will see your current Form Status (e.g., Tax Verification Form). Click View More for detailed submission status and next steps.
