A. TAX Settings
You can apply a certain amount of taxes on events if you want to.
Click on "+ADD SALES TAX"
Select "Yes">Type the Tax Name >Enter the amount of Tax Rate>Select online/box-office/both.>SAVE
B. Upgrade tickets
You can allow buyers to add Add-ons on their existing order.
C. Set Max Quantity for Single Order
You can allow buyers to purchase the individual ticket at maximum mention quantity.
D. Set Card Hold Time
It allows you to set the card hold time when the order checkout of order is in the process.
E. Show Ticket Description
It allows you to show the buyers a full description of tickets on the ticket booking page.
F. Ticket Scan Margin Time
It allows you to scan tickets before the event starts.
For Example:- If you set the ticket scan margin time "40" minutes and the event begins at 9:00 PM. It means you can scan the tickets before 40 minutes from the starting time of the event (which is 9:00 PM) and if a buyer comes way too early then in such case a popup will appear on your screen and you can scan that ticket from there.
G. Set Tickets Widgets.
It allows you to set the "Buy ticket" widget icon vertically/horizontally.
