This article will guide you in obtaining detailed reports of your orders, allowing you to access information such as the number of tickets sold, the number of orders placed and cancelled, and the breakdown of orders made online versus at the box office. You will also have the ability to search for specific orders related to any event within your account.


To access detailed order reports, follow these steps:


1. Login to your FEARTICKET Admin Account.


2. Go to Settings > Reports (ALL Events).


3. In this section, you will find overall statistics for each order, including the total number of tickets sold, the number of orders placed and cancelled, and the breakdown of orders made online versus at the box office.



4. You can further refine and filter the orders based on specific criteria, such as:



- Order number

- Order type (All/Online/Box-office)

- Order status (All status/Complete/Cancelled/In review)

- Payment date (Order date/Payment date) with an hour range

- Event selection (Single/All Event)

- Price selection

-Verification Required(All/Yes/No)


5. By entering the required information in the respective fields, the data will be displayed accordingly based on your selection.


6. To retrieve the details of a specific buyer's order, enter their information in the buyer info section.


7. Once you have filled in the necessary information, click on the Search button. The complete details of the orders will appear on the screen.


 

If desired, you can export the file to save the data for future reference.
