The Invoices page is your complete billing record. Here you can see every invoice that FEARTICKET has generated for your account, the payment status, due dates, and download them for accounting or tax purposes.
How to Access Invoices
- Log in to your FEARTICKET account.
- Click Account & Billing.
- Click the Invoices tab.

Dashboard Summary
At the top of the Invoices page, you will see 4 statistics:
- Total Invoices
- Total number of invoices that have been generated.
- Example: 12.
- Paid Invoices
- Number of invoices that have been fully paid.
- Example: 12.
- Unpaid Invoices
- Number of invoices that are outstanding.
- Example: 0 means your account is fully up to date.
- If this number is greater than 0, you have an outstanding balance.
- Previous Invoice
- Shows the most recent invoice amount and status, for example $5.52 Paid, and its date.

Searching and Filtering Your Invoices
You can search and narrow down your invoices in several ways.
Invoice Number Search
- Field: Invoice #
- Use this when you know the specific invoice number, for example INV011160.
- Type the number and click Search to jump directly to that invoice.
Invoice Date Filter
- You will see a date range field.
- How to use:
- Click the date range field.
- Choose a start date and end date.
- Click Search.
- Example: To see invoices from October 2025, select October 1 to October 31, 2025.
Payment Status Filter
- Options include:
- All
- Paid
- Partially Paid
- Outstanding
- Void
- Select a status and click Search to see only invoices with that status.
Search and Reset Buttons
- Search: Applies all filter settings.
- Reset: Clears filters and shows all invoices again.

Invoice Statement Report Table
Each row represents an invoice or related transaction.
- Date
- The date the invoice was created.
- Description
- Contains invoice number and billing period.
- Example: #INV011160 [10/20/2025 - 12/07/2025 CST].
- May also include entries like Credit added which show adjustments.
- Due Date
- The last day to pay the invoice.
- If you see an upcoming due date, plan payment so it is not overdue.
- Status
- PAID means the invoice is fully paid.
- Outstanding or Overdue means you still owe money on that invoice.
- Debit
- Shows the charges added in that invoice line, such as ticketing fees or other charges.
- Credit
- Shows any credits applied, such as refunds or promotional credits.
- Balance
- Shows your account balance after that invoice line.
- $0.00 means you do not owe anything for that invoice.
- Negative values indicate FEARTICKET owes you a credit.
- Action
- Icons to view invoice details or download the invoice as a PDF.

Pagination
If you have many invoices, you will see:
- Total number of records
- Total number of pages
- Page numbers and arrows
Click page numbers or arrows to move between pages and see older invoices.
Exporting Your Invoices
In the top right, you will see an Export button.
What it does:
- Downloads invoices based on your current filters into a file, usually CSV or Excel.
How to use:
- Set your filters (date range, status, etc.) if needed.
- Click Export.
- Save and open the file in Excel or a similar program.
Typical uses:
- Share with your accountant.
- Keep backup records.
- Use for tax preparation and financial analysis.
