The Selfie Ticket transforms your unique facial features into an exclusive pass, ensuring that only you can access the event. This technology not only enhances security but also streamlines the entry process, reducing wait times and creating a seamless experience from the moment you arrive.

Here's how to set up the Selfie Ticket : 

  • Locate the "Form Customization" Tab on the left side menu panel and click on it.


  • In the "Attendee Details" Block, Click on the "Add Data Field" Button to add the required attendee fields.



  • Select the Photo Id field from the dropdown list.



  • Check "Require" if you want, the Buyer must upload the Photo Id of each attendee. 
    Select the ticket for which you want to collect the Photo Id. You can select All Tickets or Certain Tickets.
    Click on the "SAVE" button to save the changes you want to add, as shown in the image below.



Please Note: By selecting Photo Id, the Buyer will be asked to upload the Id for each ticket quantity in the cart.

After the entire setup process is finished, on the buyer's end, they will pick the desired tickets and then press the "Add to Cart" button. At this point, attendees have the opportunity to upload their PhotoID using the PhotoID field located within the Attendee Information block, as shown in the image below.  


Here are the steps for Selfie Ticket Visualization in FEARTICKET Organizer Applications Android/iOS:


There are two different methods to view a selfie ticket: Through the Order Tab or By scanning the ticket.

  • By scanning the ticket 
  1. Scan the ticket as a buyer.
  2.  A Valid scan popup will appear.
  3.  Locate the "Id Card" icon beside the Ticket field under the Just Scanned block.
  4.  Click on the "Id Card" icon.
  5.  A popup will appear displaying the attendee details.
  6.  The attendee details will include the photo ID if it has been uploaded.

 


  • Through the Order Tab

1. Click on the Order Tab located in the bottom toolbar.

2. Search for the specific order that contains the selfie ticket you want to view.

3. Navigate to the order detail page by clicking on the relevant order.

4. Look for the "Attendee detail" link and click on it.


 


5. A popup will appear displaying the attendee details, including the photo ID if it has been uploaded.


By following these steps, you will be able to view the attendee details and any uploaded photo ID associated with the selfie ticket.

How to get the Photo ID of each attendee from FEARTICKET Admin?


1. In admin, navigate to the "Orders" link from the left-side menu panel.

2. Search for the specific order you want to get the photo id of the ticket.

3. Click on the "eye icon" in the "Action" column of the order to view its details.



4. Expand the order details by clicking on the "plus button" to see more information.



5. Look for the "Attendee Info" column and click on the eye icon to view the attendee details, including their name and photo.


 

6. Make sure to display the attendee details as required, including the selfie ticket photo.

7. Review the attendee details, including the selfie ticket photo, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
