you can edit existing orders including:
- Change/Swap tickets
- Change the Date and Time Slot of the Ticket
- Change Ticket Quantity
- Add a new ticket to an existing order
- Give custom discount
- add/remove/change the add-ons
- If you are collecting additional attendee information, those details will be lost in the process of editing the order.
Let us see how it works :
Click on the "Eyeball icon" from the action column of the order list as shown in the below image.
Select the edit order
Now you will have the Order Edit page. Here you can change all the order-related information like Name, Email, Cell Number, Tickets, Addons, Ticket Schedule Date & time, and Quantity. Once you make any change in the order detail like add a ticket add an addon or make a change in the schedule, there will be a change in the order amount. So, here you have several options to decide, what to do with the amount difference.
You can send the payment link to a user for additional payment
You can set the Discount Coupon Code.
You can set the custom discount to adjust the order amount.
You can set Misc. Charges in case you want to charge an additional amount.
You can change the Tax amount as well.
It will show you, what is the new order amount and what amount to be paid. In case you do not want to charge a difference amount, you can click on Set the $0.00, so there will be no amount charged in this case. Click on Edit Order & Notify or Edit Order and the order will be updated new ticket(s) will be issued and the old tickets will be voided and no longer can be used.
After making changes, You will have a few options to choose like how you want to complete the order edit process. Here are a few options to choose from.
Complete the order process and send the payment link to pay the difference amount of the order in cash.
