On the Orders page (Manage Attendees> Orders), there is a button at the right called "Create a Manual Order".
By clicking on this link, you can enter the basic information of the users, select the desired tickets, and choose from different payment options to complete the order.
If you choose the Payment Method as "Card", the user will receive a payment link. Upon successful payment through this link, the order will be confirmed and the tickets will be issued. Otherwise, you can enter the customer's card detail manually from the Thank you page by clicking on "Take Payment" button.
Enter the required details and click on Pay Now button to complete the payment.
Available payment options for manual oder includes:
- Cash
- Check
- Card
- Card Offline
